She is not afraid to dive deeper, and help you to explore further into what is holding you back. Very much down to earth

Before working with Stella, I only ate ready-made processed food, with very little natural foods such as vegetables and fruit. Stella is warm, but at the same time, very much down to earth, and she does not waste time with B.S. We only worked together for a few weeks, but it was enough for me to completely change my eating habits. I feel less hungry, and that makes a big difference in the way my day goes by!

Just one pound away from my goal!!!

Life has been busy! The Wellness Assessment we did together 6 months ago really helped me to abandon choosing small meals every couple of hours and switching to fewer, more substantial meals. A very personalized approach

I had a great time working with Stella. Never harsh or judgmental

Stella was a fantastic coach for our Lose to Win group. She is really good with reflective listening, actually hearing each of our concerns and addressing them. I feel less hungry

She does not waste time with B.S! I am now having proper meals with lots of fruit and vegetables throughout the day. I started working with Stella at a time when I had been successfully counting calories for years, but knew that I was on the brink of stopping.
