Usually, lifestyle changes don't happen overnight and most of my clients reach better results after we have met consistently for about 8 visits. But you know yourself best and you might not be able to commit for that long. Find whatever works for you. One sure thing is: no improvement is too small!
Introductory Consultation (20 to 30 min)

I started working with Stella at a time when I had been successfully counting calories for years, but knew that I was on the brink of stopping. Her idea of being able to be free of those confines (no matter how much comfort it gave me) was intriguing and refreshing. Working together, she helped me establish a framework for myself that I could use to make the healthiest decisions regarding food while still allowing me the indulgences that I craved. It took me a little while to put “everything in moderation” into practice effectively, but with her help, it finally sunk in.

I am eating healthy and not too much, but I still treat myself to something good when I want to. Now that I eat well, I feel less hungry, and that makes a big difference in the way my day goes by!

I had a great time working with Stella. She used a very personalized approach and focused on areas that I could realistically improve, but most importantly, that I was ready and motivated enough to work on. I had only a few pounds to lose to reach my weight goal, and exercising more and more just wouldn’t do it. She provided me with advises and tips about the way I eat and exercise that helped me reach my goal.
Very much down to earth
Before working with Stella, I only ate ready-made processed food, with very little natural foods such as vegetables and fruit. Stella is warm, but at the same time, very much down to earth, and she does not waste time with B.S.
