I am a Certified Health Coach, specializing in Weight Management and Prediabetes Reversal. I focus on long-term results and happiness. When I evaluate your dietary habits, you will know right away what you can do, every single day, at every meal, to improve your health. But you will also discover what to do to enjoy your food to the fullest. Long-term success is not about dismissing everything you have been doing so far. It’s about tweaking and making small improvements that add up to a completely different eating behavior down the road.

Diet Analysis - The Process
When you purchase a DIET ANALYSIS, you get a one-week thorough analysis of your eating habits - via interactive tools - and 1 coaching session to help you bring your health to the next level. Together we review areas of your eating behavior that would benefit the most from change, and we identify pitfalls that can keep you from meeting your goals. You receive feedback and suggestions from me. No judgment, no blaming, but no beating around the bush either. This is not a “feel good” session. Although YOU WILL FEEL GOOD after the consultation, because you will know exactly what to work on and where to start!
After our session, you have a clear idea of what you need to change or improve in your diet if you want a healthier body and a healthier lifestyle. And because it can be intimidating to get moving on a new path, I will also give you a sample meal plan with recipe book and meal prepping guide to help you jump start your new habits. From there, you can do it on your own or we can do it together. Whatever you do after the Diet Analysis is your choice. And that is exactly the point: YOU ARE GETTING BACK IN CHARGE!
