Assessments & Strategy Sessions

For those of you who don't need the continued support, accountability, and guidance of a coach, but want to know how to start right and what to do to reach their wellness goals, a quality assessment and strategy session might make all the difference between success and failure. Assessments are offered to you over the phone and via the Internet, so that you can fit them more easily into your busy schedule.

We have all tried the last fad diet. We have all gotten on board of a one-size-fits-all workout plan. We have all been super motivated. For a while at least. And then we have all given up. Why? Not because we don't have will power or because we we are lazy. But because those programs were not made for us. They did not meet our needs, they did not work for our body, they did not work for our lifestyle, they did not bring results proportionate to our efforts.

To manage their blood sugar levels or lose weight, some people need to reduce carbs, others need to increase protein or healthy fat. Some need to stop snacking. Others need to fragment their meals. Maybe you need to be more active. Or you need to slow down and skip the gym.

Most of us think that to be healthy, we have to eat less and move more. It's not that simple!

Before working with Stella, I only ate ready-made processed food, with very little natural foods such as vegetables and fruit.
