I offer a French approach to health, to support your in your weight loss and prediabetes reversal journey. It’s based on how and where I was raised, but I’ve applied French philosophy to living life here in America, my forever home. While food and nutrition are essential components of a healthy life, there is much more to it and the French approach has nothing to do with French food. It has everything to do with the way the French view food—not to mention sleep, physical activity, dealing with stress, and mindset.
Fad diets come and go, portraying food as the enemy – it’s always you versus carbs, fats, or sugars. You deprive yourself, you lose weight quickly or get your blood sugar back in the normal range, and then your body retaliates. The lost pounds return and your glucose sky rockets. After a certain age, calorie restriction doesn't even work anymore! That treadmill keeps diet gurus in business, but wouldn’t you prefer a solution that feels good every single day, with results that last a lifetime?

What would you think of an approach where food isn’t something you inhale between meetings, classes, and other checkmarks on your to-do list? In my world, healthy diets aren’t marked by suffering through bowls full of kale-based misery. For me, healthy eating revolves around what we eat, but also when we eat our meals and with whom we enjoy them. Even simple food is a celebration and guilt doesn't have its place at my table. Healthy living isn’t about blasting our abs at the gym. Living a healthy lifestyle amounts to taking a healthy approach to every hour of our day, from strolls around town, to activities we choose to do or not do, and also pride in—and prioritization of—good sleep. Let's pace ourselves to enjoy it all and let's make sure that health always goes hand in hand with happiness and pleasure.

Very much down to earth
Before working with Stella, I only ate ready-made processed food, with very little natural foods such as vegetables and fruit. Stella is warm, but at the same time, very much down to earth, and she does not waste time with B.S. We only worked together for a few weeks, but it was enough for me to completely change my eating habits. I feel less hungry, and that makes a big difference in the way my day goes by!

She used a very personalized approach and focused on areas that I could realistically improve, but most importantly, that I was ready and motivated enough to work on. I had only a few pounds to lose to reach my weight goal, and exercising more and more just wouldn’t do it. She provided me with advises and tips about the way I eat and exercise that helped me reach my goal.
